A charming article from BBC Radio Suffolk host, Stephen “Foz” Foster highlights the 30-year journey Backwater has been on to champion independent music in the region. Foz recently interviewed Backwater founder Steve Mann about the passion and perseverance it takes to manage a record label for thirty years, and the rewards (artistically speaking) of such a continued endeavour.
