This young acoustic trio created a psychedelic folk style all of their own on their 7" single. They also recorded a few demos then mysteriously disappeared into the night. WAND consisted of three members:JAMIE - Singer and Lyricist, BRIAN - Guitar player,VIOLA - Flautist.The band brought together their collective influences such as: the Incredible String Band, Nick Drake, Sandy Denny and Leonard Cohen to cultivate their own style of magical acoustic based sounds. Recently the singer (Jamie Clements)has recorded and released a four track EP.(see under his own artist heading) There are a few unreleased Wand tracks being remastered at the moment for a limited release mini album out later this year.
